Inner Carecase Marine Ply

HDF

HDF is the preferred substrate for laminated wood flooring as it is hard and strong. As we have already mentioned, all the surfaces of the board should be finished well and the core should never be left exposed, as even a little moisture that enters will cause it to swell, causing the flooring boards to pop out of alignment. This is why wooden laminate floors should never be mopped with too much water and should only be cleaned with a damp cloth. HDF is also a good choice for the framework, boxes, shutters and internal shelves of fitted wardrobes. Similar to kitchen cabinets,

Foam Board

Foam Boards, which are preferred to hollow boards due to their strength and durability, are also available in glossy or matte finishes. The best colour combinations for the PVC modular kitchen depend on the space available, the overall aesthetic of the house and individual tastes. The advantage of opting for PVC as the material of choice is the variety of colours it comes in. Bright countertops with light-coloured PVC cabinets or vice versa, or neutral colour options that work in any style; or glossy surfaces to use in a compact kitchen space and matte for a more sophisticated look. Acrylic

Acrylic kitchen cabinets can be categorised in mainly two types –those with solid acrylic doors and cabinets with acrylic finished doors. Cabinets with solid acrylic doors usually are priced slightly higher as they are made entirely of acrylic. This means such doors have an even colour display that makes them look vibrant.  Cabinets with acrylic finished doors are budget-friendly or economic. The process of using this acrylic finish to kitchen cabinet doors is a complex one where acrylic sheets are pasted on an MDF board as the base material.
